The United States Coast Guard had a change of command ceremony at the State Fish Pier Friday. The guns on the bow of the boat were uncovered. Usually they are covered up with some black material. The ship was also decked out in red white and blue. Grand Isle- USCG, originally uploaded by captjoe06.
