2019 Beach Stickers

GLOUCESTER, Mass. (May 10, 2019) – Mayor Sefatia Romeo Theken today announced that the City of Gloucester is now accepting mail-in applications for beach stickers for the 2019 season. Stickers will be available to purchase in-person beginning Thursday, May 16.
Beach sticker applications are available for download on the City’s website by clicking on the “Beach Info” link on the left of the home page and then “Beach Sticker Application.” Applications are also available on the first floor of Gloucester City Hall outside the Collector’s windows.
Stickers will be available to purchase in-person beginning on Thursday, May 16 in the Kyrouz Auditorium at Gloucester City Hall. Sale hours will be Monday – Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12 noon. To avoid long waiting lines you are encouraged to take advantage of the mail-in application.
Applicants are encouraged to read the instructions carefully and be sure to include all supporting documentation. Any missing documentation could result in delay of processing.
Gloucester residents with a valid vehicle registration can also purchase a temporary beach sticker (voucher) at the beach through mid-June. A permanent sticker will be mailed within two weeks of purchase.
Beach sticker costs:
· Resident Stickers – $20
· Resident Senior Stickers (age 65 and older) – $2 and valid through December 2020
· Non-Resident Stickers for Seasonal Renters – $100
· Other Non-Resident Stickers – $300
