Great podcast very informative for the alcohol rates here are some links that explain the changes. I know in 1986- until changed by law (18) year olds could drink 3.2 beer…for more see below. Military members serving outside American have to follow the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA’s) and follow the country laws for driving BAC.

Hi Nancy, I have been posting nearly every other day when the Lobster Trap Tree lighting is taking place, and Donna posted the flyer, too. The tree lighting is this coming Saturday, December 9th at 4:30, party at Art Haven to follow. Save the date for the buoy auction, on January 26th, from 5-8pm, at Cruiseport. Hope you can come!
