Hey there Strong Moms! In response to the great feedback we received about our new Mom Strong program, we are holding an Open House on November 7th at 7pm at Crossfit Cape Ann!

We will have a question and answer session and a mini workout (10-15 min) to give you an idea of what kinds of things we will be doing. Light refreshments will be served after! You are welcome to bring your baby to familiarize yourself with the set-up and to see how your baby does during the short workout.

We will have a small enclosed area as well as a few pack and plays. You can also bring your own set up for your child.

Please RSVP by Monday, November 6th. We look forward to seeing you there! Questions? Please contact us at info@crossfitcapeann.com or find us on Facebook @crossfitcapeanners
