Thanks to Heidi Dallin for the tip to go see how pretty the Golf Course looked. I often see Heidi out running and exercising when filming at daybreak.

In searching for their website link, I learned that the Bass Rocks Golf Cub is the BONS (Best of North Shore) recipient of the 2013 award for the “Best Private Golf Course North Shore!”

  1. Very beautiful here and i would imagine have the fun of golfing is the location and challenge of course. I tried golfing in Colorado spings Peterson Course…I always brought my fishing pole as I was so bad at golf I would go and fish in the pond 18th Hole then – catch rainbow trout, and crappy…added benefit save on the greens 🙂

  2. Nice photos of yet another special Gloucester spot. As a child, I walked from one grandmothers house to the next. I would stop along Souther Rd ~ that cuts through the course ~ to catch a view of the ocean, always mindful to listen for “FORE”! It is a beautiful walk ~ wander ~ from Bass Rocks Rd to Mt Pleasant Ave, and occasionaly on to Rocky Neck.
