Gloucester Seniors in the PACE Olympics!

How are you? I just wanted to see if you could post for us our special event showcasing all the hard work and training our Gloucester PACE participants have given to be in our very own PACE Olympics! These senior citizens have not let their limits or disabilities hold them back and they are ready to show their stuff! They are competing against our other PACE sites from Beverly and Lynn next week on Thursday, November 1 at Danvers Indoor Sports on Rt. 114. It’s a free event that anyone can come too and lunch is included! Just RSVP at 781-715-6694 or email to info@pacenorthshore.org
You will also be inspired by our guest speaker Dick Hoyt of Team Hoyt as he speaks to help kick off our PACE Olympics with our participants, very exciting! Anyone who’s familiar with the Boston Marathon will recognize Dick as the inspirational father who does the race each year with his son Rick who has cerebal palsy. Together they have competed in over 1,090 events at Team Hoyt! Come get inspired as he shares the Team Hoyt Motto “Yes You Can!”
